Your First Visit
Your consultation plays a crucial role in your treatment journey. During this appointment, you'll meet with Dr. Chai and Dr. Luter, who will evaluate your oral health, discuss your condition, and provide a personalized treatment plan. We may take diagnostic images, such as X-rays or 3D scans, to gain further insight. This visit also offers an excellent opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have.
To make the check-in process smoother, we recommend arriving a little early. This extra time allows you to complete any necessary paperwork so that we can make the most of your visit.
What to Bring
For your first appointment, please remember to bring the following items:
- Referral slip from your dentist or doctor
- Any recent X-rays or 3D scans
- Insurance cards (health and/or dental)
- A list of current medications (e.g., blood pressure medication, anticoagulants, etc.)
- A valid form of ID (such as a driver’s license)
- Your preferred payment method (cash, check, or credit card—visit our Financial & Insurance Policy page for more details)

What to Expect
At your first visit, you’ll have the chance to meet Dr. Chai and Dr. Luter, as well as ask any questions you have about your oral health or treatment options. After going over your medical history and performing a comprehensive oral exam, your doctor will explain treatment recommendations. Depending on the complexity of your case, some procedures may be scheduled for a later date, while others might be completed during your initial visit. If your procedure is scheduled for another day, we’ll provide detailed instructions for preparation.
3D Imaging
To ensure you receive the best care possible, we use advanced 3D imaging technology. These scans allow us to develop precise treatment plans tailored to your specific needs.
